These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. PLACING AN ORDER
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Shop our website by browsing through our product range
- Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options and availability.
- Add an item to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button on the product page.
- Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item.
- You can continue shopping by selecting the "Continue Shopping" button
- You can also view the items in your basket whilst you continue shopping, by clicking on the "Shopping Cart " option within the left navigation links
- Please be advised that placing an item in your basket does not secure it for you and it can still be purchased by another customer. We therefore suggest that you complete your order as soon as possible
- Complete your order by selecting "Checkout" and then follow the steps.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Submit Order’ on the Payment Page of our ordering process.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend/change orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct details. You may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order).
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Qualifying orders will be delivered within mainland UK free of charge, otherwise a delivery charge of £2.95 will be applied. Delivery charges outside the UK are calculation on the delivery address and are shown during the checkout process. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable unless the item/s are faulty.
We aim to despatch your order within 48 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. We anticipate UK orders will take 3 to 5 working days for your order to reach you from the time you place it. Overseas orders can take as much as 6 weeks, depending on the delivery method chosen.
PAYMENT
Credit Card payment is taken when the ‘Pay by Credit Card ’ option is clicked on the payment page and will be processed via Paypal. For cheque payments the goods will not be despatched until the funds have cleared our bank.
The description of the goods, services, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing, stock levels have been checked or in the case of services we can offer the service you require.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND DISPATCH/ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. You will be notified of the dispatch of your order by email with the courier details. Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order. Acceptance of all orders is subject to credit checks and we reserve the right to cancel any order which does not comply with these regulations.
Purchases made on our website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
DELIVERY AND WARRANTY ARRANGEMENTS
We will deliver worldwide upon receipt of applicable shipping costs.
All orders are normally despatched within two working days subject to payment card authorisation/cleared cheque funds and stock availability.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website. We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. A signature and confirmation of receipt constitutes completion of delivery.
Your order from the official Tan Solutions Ltd online store will be delivered to you in unbranded delivery boxes. Please note that smaller items may be shipped in a jiffy bag.
DELAYS
Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays whilst we perform additional credit checks.
We will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days, from date of order. Cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing.
In an event that your order has been despatched, you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We recommend that all goods returned to us are sent by insured delivery. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges. No refund or replacement of any payments made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession.
REFUNDS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Items purchased online must be returned to the address provided in the Delivery and Returns section of the website. Online purchases cannot be returned to our shops.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession. A refund will be issued within 15 working days once submitted to our Accounts department. This may be subject to delays during busy periods.
The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
Please note that it could take further 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement depending on the card issuer.
